Namo provides the environment and guidance for you to connect with your Inner-Self through Asana (posture) practice and meditation. Classes are personal and interactive; incorporating breath-work, postures, flows, philosophy and relaxation.

Options are given for all abilities in all classes. Extra guidance can be provided for injuries or medical conditions you share. Beginners are always welcome.

I’m certainly not what you’d call the typical ‘yogi’. I train in powerlifting meaning the stress on my whole body is pretty brutal. After a couple of injuries earlier this year I asked aimee to help me out for rehab and it’s fully converted me. I’m much more aware of my body and how important it is to take care of it. It challenges me in new ways and every session is tailored to the areas I want. My performance has upped and injuries are now becoming less of a problem.
